Previous to joining Clear Surgical, Michelle held the position of CEO with Danish food company Uhrenholt and ran their major subsidiary in Russia.
She has extensive experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and medical device industry and has held senior management positions in many emerging and developed markets with multinationals such as Nestle, Philip Morris, and PZ Cussons.
Before deciding to return to Scotland, she spent the preceding 25 years as an international expat where she acquired extensive knowledge of building, acquiring and divesting businesses in Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and Africa.
She brings with her a deep understanding of brands and communication in both B2B and B2C business models.
